Refund policy

    REFUNDS 

No Refunds We do not offer refunds on any purchases, including food, beverages, or merchandise. All sales are final.

 

• Store Credit If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or have an issue with your order, we are happy to offer store credit for the amount of the item(s) purchased. Store credit will be issued at our discretion and must be used within 60 days from the date of issue.

 

• Eligibility for Store Credit To be eligible for store credit, the issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery of  your purchase or receipt of the product. We reserve the right to refuse store credit for items that have been consumed, used, or altered in any way.

 

• Exceptions In some cases, at the sole discretion of Melo Munchies management, refunds or additional accommodations may be considered for extraordinary circumstances.
