REFUNDS
- No Refunds We do not offer refunds on any purchases, including food, beverages, or merchandise. All sales are final.
- Store Credit If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or have an issue with your order, we are happy to offer store credit for the amount of the item(s) purchased. Store credit will be issued at our discretion and must be used within 60 days from the date of issue.
- Eligibility for Store Credit To be eligible for store credit, the issue must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery of your purchase or receipt of the product. We reserve the right to refuse store credit for items that have been consumed, used, or altered in any way.
- Exceptions In some cases, at the sole discretion of Melo Munchies management, refunds or additional accommodations may be considered for extraordinary circumstances.

- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. Processing includes order verification, inventory check, and packing
- Shipping Time
- Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped out via our selected delivery partners.
- Standard Shipping Typically takes 7-10 business days from the shipping date, depending on your location
- Delivery Time
- Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 14 business days from the date of purchase. This timeline includes both processing and shipping.
- Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, especially during peak seasons or due to external factors such as weather, holidays, or delays with our shipping partners.
- Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
- Shipping Delays
